Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Appointments for a package, a group, or services, totaling two (2) or more hours will require a credit card number or gift certificate number in order to hold the reservation. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Accordingly, there will be a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no-shows.
For all other appointments, if you need to cancel or reschedule, we would appreciate at least 3 hours notice. Appointments cancelled without a minimum of 2 hours notice may be charge at 50% of the cost of their scheduled treatment. If you arrive late for an appointment, your treatment time may be reduced to complete on time for the next appointment.
